A joint venture between Defence Housing Authority Lahore and Bandar Raya Developments (Pakistan) Limited for the development of 400 acres of land in the part of Phase 6 of DHA Lahore into residential properties including villas, semi detached, condominiums, shops and shopping malls, an international (PGA) standard golf course and a five star hotel in Pakistan at a total project value of over US $300 million.
