Membership Types
Instalment Plan of Regular Membership
(w.e.f. 1 September 2025)

- Individual Membership
- Spouse and Children under 21 years of age are included. Daughters continue to remain members until their marriage. An extension on membership of son(s) is granted from ages 21 to 30 by depositing a fee of Rs. 100,000 only.
- Upon exceeding the age of 30 years / marriage, separate membership to be obtained as per procedure in vogue
- Entitled to use all clubhouse and golf facilities. (Subject to payment of applicable charges.)
- Entitled to 20% discount on tickets at Cinestar Cinema located with Clubhouse.
- Entitled to 25% discount on salon and spa Services at Raya Splitends located within Clubhouse.

Required Documents
- Kindly Submit the Form with an Application Fee of Rs. 1,000,000/- in Name of Defence Raya Golf and Country Club.
- 4 Pictures with White Background only (Passport Size)
- Copy of CNIC or NICOP of Applicant & Spouse.
- Copy of Marriage certificate (Not required if Wife CNIC has Husband’s Name).
- Copy of Allotment letter in DRGCC (if any)
- Copy of B Form.
- Copy of Bachelors or Higher degree of Applicant and Spouse.

- Kindly submit the form with the application fee of Rs. 5,000,000 in the name of Defence Raya Golf and Country Club.
- Copy of “Memorandum of Understanding” of the company.
- Copy of “Form 29” of the company.
- Copy of NTN certificate.
- Signatory Letter (in form of board resolution)
- CNIC copy of both nominees.
- B form of both Nominee’s Kinds.
- 4 Pictures each of both nominee and their families.
- Copy of marriage certificates of both nominee.
CLUB POLICIES
CLUB RULES & REGULATIONS
Addition of Immediate Family Member
The addition of a second wife under the membership is subject to the clearance of membership interview and to the submission of necessary documents (Marriage certificate/CNIC with husband’s name and photograph). In case of the addition of a child, the member will have to submit the B-form and photograph of the child.
Transfer Policy
Individual category membership is saleable/ transferrable while Corporate category membership is transferrable.
Individual Membership Transfer Policy
If a member wants to transfer his/her membership to his/her spouse or children, 1% of the prevailing membership fee will be charged as the transfer fee.
10% of the prevailing membership fee is charged as the transfer fee while transferring the membership to anyone other than wife and children. The selection of these transfer cases is subject to the clearance of the membership interview and the clearance of all the outstanding dues.
Corporate Membership Transfer Policy
If the company wants to replace its nominee, then the signatory will have to provide a letter stating the change of nominee along with the membership form of the new nominee.
500,000 is charged as the transfer fee while replacing the nominee. The selection of the transfer cases is subject to the clearance of the membership interview.
Suspension & Termination Policy (Individual & Corporate Membership Category)
4% late payment charges will be imposed on outstanding membership installments after the due date and membership will be suspended through suspension notice. The suspension will only clear after a member pays all his/her dues along with late fee charges, monthly subs of the suspended period.
Membership shall be terminated one month after the suspension date. If membership is terminated due to non-payment of the Membership Fee, reinstatement may be requested within 3 months. For termination due to non-payment of the Sub Fee, reinstatement may be requested within 6 months.
Requests submitted after the stipulated time period will not be considered. Reinstatement is subject to payment of Rs. 500,000 reinstatement charges, along with all outstanding dues up to the date of termination.
Change of Address (Individual and Corporate Membership Category)
In case of a change of address and contact number, the member will have to inform the Membership Office immediately. If the member does not inform about the address change and contact number then he/she will be responsible for the payment of the dues billed during the address change time.
Member’s Guest Policy (Individual and Corporate Membership Category)
Members’ guests will be allowed to come to the club with the members only.
Club Dress Code Policy (Individual and Corporate Membership Category)
The club is run under set rules and dress codes. Nonadherence to the rules/ dress code will ban the members from entering the premises or a particular facility.
Club Installment/Monthly Subscription Fee Tax Deduction Certificate Policy
Members who pay their installments and subscription fee after deducting the tax shall provide the tax deduction certificate along with the payment. Otherwise, the tax will not be adjusted in their payments.
Club Monthly Subscription Payment Policy (Individual and Corporate Membership Category)
The member gets a 10% discount on the advance payment of one year’s subscription fee and a 5% discount on the payment of 6 Months’ subscription fee.
If the member fails to pay the monthly subscription charges/fee within 20 days of the billing, 10% late payment charges and Rs 2000 fixed penelty will be charged every month.
The membership shall not freeze for any specific time period. If the dues remain unpaid for 5 months, the memberships will be terminated. The member has to pay the monthly subscription fee whether he/she is using Club facilities or not.
Age Limit Policy for Dependent Wards of DRGCC Members
Sons
Till the age of 21 years, sons are entitled to use the club free of cost.
Category 1 From the age of 21 to 30 years old, membership may be continued by depositing an extension fee of Rs. 100,000/ ward for unmarried sons.
Daughters
Daughters are entitled to use the club free of cost till marriage.
